Why Sourdough Brownies Are Different

The sourdough discard adds tang, complexity, and a chewy texture you can't fake with conventional brownie recipes. We sweeten with coconut sugar instead of refined, use Plain Folk Farms eggs, and bake every batch in our Eagle, Idaho home kitchen. Three flavors in this collection — Original, Peanut Butter Swirl, and seasonal rotations.

Sourdough brownies travel well, and ours ship nationwide within one to two days of baking. From a small Idaho Preferred bakery with no commercial shortcuts, no shelf stabilizers — just real ingredients in small batches, baked the morning we send them out.
