Sourdough Brownies
Fudgy, rich, and made with real sourdough. We use our own organic wheat flour sourdough starter to give these brownies a depth of flavor you will not find in a regular brownie. The fermentation adds subtle complexity while keeping the texture dense and chocolatey.
What goes into it:
- Organic wheat flour sourdough starter (maintained in-house)
- Blend of dark and semi-sweet chocolate
- Farm-fresh eggs from Plain Folk Farms
- Real butter
- Coconut sugar
What you get: A full tray of 8 brownies.
Allergens: Contains eggs, wheat, dairy (butter, chocolate). Baked in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and coconut.
Storage: Room temperature for 3 days, refrigerate up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Wrap individually before freezing for easy single servings.
Serving suggestion: Best at room temperature or slightly warmed. Incredible with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk.
