Bread Care

Store the wrapped bread at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you live in a warm or humid climate, it's best to store the bread in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage. The bread will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

If you want to keep the bread for a longer period, you can freeze it. Wrap the bread tightly in the provided wax paper or place it in a freezer-safe container or bag. The bread will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

 

Shipping

We offer the standard 2 business days shipping, and 3 day lead/prep time per order. 

Please note that our lead time starts from the date of order confirmation.

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have longer delivery times and may incur additional charges.

Returns

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality baked goods.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our bread unless it has been damaged during shipping or delivery.

If you receive damaged bread, please take a photo of the product and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to either issue a refund or send a replacement product as soon as possible.
